Our target is to communicate the feasibility outcome within 1–2 hours. If we need additional information, or the task requires further assessment, we will let you know.

Please review the delivered files against the agreed requirements.

If an accepted deliverable contains an issue or requires rectification within the original agreed scope, contact GMS with the details. We will review the concern and arrange appropriate rework where applicable.

Requests that introduce new requirements, additional deliverables or a substantially changed scope may require a separate assessment and quote.

7. Support Turnaround — Target: 24–48 Hours

For questions about an assigned task, a delivered file or requested rectifications, contact GMS through the designated business contact channel.

Our target support response time is 24–48 hours. More complex enquiries may require additional time, and we will communicate where necessary.
